About the role
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It
Food and drinks are at the heart of The Social Hub experience, and you’ll be the one making it all happen. As our F&B Manager, you’ll lead the outlets across restaurant, bar, café, and events, making sure guests leave with stories to tell and reasons to come back. You’ll work side by side with our Head Chef to keep service and kitchen in sync, while building a motivated team that knows how to deliver quality with energy. You’ll also keep a close eye on budgets and performance without losing sight of the guest experience.
This role is all about balancing creativity, operations, and people leadership. If you’re a coach at heart, a strategist by nature, and thrive on empowering others to shine: This is your playground.
In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are
Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire outlet managers and supervisors across all F&B venues to deliver smooth, guest-first operations.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to align service and kitchen teams for seamless coordination.
- Maintain top-tier service standards and make sure every outlet hits the mark on quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
- Engage with guests on the floor, gather feedback, and drive improvements that wow.
- Collaborate on innovative menus and beverage programs that align with market trends and brand identity.
- Monitor budgets, labor, and P&L performance, then take action to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop promotions and activations in partnership with marketing to boost revenue and visibility.
- Support and energize team training, development, and performance, building a strong, positive culture.
