Community Health Specialist

Chestnut Health Systems is seeking one full-time Community Health Specialist to assist in coordination of the Bond County Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) project. This grant seeks to expand recovery supports by decreasing stigma, building community capacity, and raising awareness. Successful candidates will work closely with the Bond County Recovery Council. Supervision for this project will be out of the Granite City, IL office. You will be working majority of your time in Bond County, IL.
