Registered Nurse Per Diem

The Highlands at Wyomissing® is seeking Per Diem Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation teams. This flexible role allows you to choose shifts that fit your lifestyle, with a high demand for night shift coverage. As an RN, you’ll provide and oversee compassionate, person-centered care, supervise LPNs and CNAs, coordinate resident services, and support care planning and safety practices. Ideal candidates bring clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a genuine passion for caring for senior adults across all levels of care.
