Senior Director, Corporate Partnership Operations

We are currently in search of a Senior Director, Corporate Partnership Operations to join our Corporate Partnerships team! The Senior Director, Corporate Partnership Operations provides people leadership and strategic direction for the operations team, including oversight of processing of all in-kind donations, coordination with logistics and inventory management and compliance with the organization’s gift acceptance policy. The position is also responsible for pursuing new innovations such as leveraging continuous improvement techniques, AI and other tools to increase team efficiency and effectiveness, identifying new pathways for in-kind shipping and cold storage and expanding our strategies to be inclusive of our global footprint to maximize our mission impact.
