Senior Manager, Web

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Web based in the United States. The Senior Manager, Web will lead the strategy, evolution, and performance of a global digital ecosystem supporting brand, engagement, and business growth. Reporting to the Head of Digital, this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across web strategy, UX, analytics, optimization, and project management. You’ll shape a scalable web experience that connects business priorities with the needs of customers and users. Working closely with marketing, product, design, content, operations, and regional teams, you’ll create alignment and turn insights into measurable improvements. The role has broad ownership, from defining the web roadmap to managing complex initiatives and experimentation programs. You’ll operate in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where data, innovation, and continuous optimization are central to how digital experiences are built and improved.
