We do this by delivering an AI operating system for North America’s best insurance agencies and brokerages. About the Role: Quandri is growing fast, and people are at the core of how we do it. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own our recruiting engine and help us bring in the people who will define Quandri's next chapter. You'll be embedded in a small, collaborative People Operations team and work directly with hiring managers and founders to build the teams that build the product. Roughly 80% of your time will be spent on full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles. The remaining 20% will see you contributing to broader HR and Operations initiatives, from performance management to employee engagement. You'll be expected to bring an AI-first mindset to how you source, screen, and manage your pipeline. We don't just build AI; we use it every day, and we expect this role to be no different. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who sees a lack of process as an opportunity, not an obstacle. You care deeply about people, and it shows in how you treat every candidate, whether they get the offer or not.
