The Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Direct Labor is responsible for coordinating high-volume operator hiring across Querétaro operations. Acting as the primary onsite implant, this role manages agency relationships, candidate flow, and pre-employment activities to ensure hiring targets and workforce ramp-up plans are achieved. The position partners with staffing agencies, union representatives, HR, Medical Services, Training, and Operations to deliver a qualified workforce and seamless onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities - Direct Labor Recruiting • Serve as the onsite Talent Acquisition representative for direct labor hiring across Querétaro facilities. • Manage the end-to-end operator hiring process, ensuring candidates complete assessments, medical screenings, union validation, documentation requirements, and onboarding activities on time. • Receive, track, and coordinate candidate flow from staffing agencies and other recruitment sources. • Support workforce ramp-ups by achieving weekly and monthly hiring targets. • Manage relationships with staffing agencies to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates. • Establish and monitor daily and weekly candidate delivery expectations with recruitment partners. • Ensure agency compliance with recruitment processes, documentation requirements, and service level expectations. • Coordinate vendor-related activities, including agency performance tracking, invoice processing, payment follow-up, and supplier compliance. • Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers, hiring metrics, and vendor records. • Conduct attendance verification for new hires during onboarding sessions and communicate attendance status to relevant stakeholders. • Coordinate with staffing agencies to collect, review, and deliver new employment hire files to Payroll, ensuring timely employee set up and payroll readiness. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in high-volume direct labor or operator recruitment. • Experience managing staffing agencies and supporting workforce ramp-up initiatives. • Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills. • Proficiency in Excel and recruitment tracking tools. • Knowledge of Mexican labor regulations preferred.
