Job Purpose: - The Lube Technician performs routine maintenance and light repairs with speed and accuracy, delivering quality service that supports Ron Marhofer Auto Family's customer experience while building automotive skills under senior technician mentorship. Key Responsibilities: - Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, battery checks, and multi-point inspections. - Assist senior technicians with light repairs. - Document findings for service advisors. - Maintain a clean, safe, organized shop at our Northeast Ohio dealership.
