RN Care Manager

Performs professional primary care nursing services in the assessment, evaluation, and management of care and medications for consumers. Administers medications as prescribed, and provides health care education for consumers. The nurse care manager assures all consumers are maintained in a safe environment and performs duties in accordance with facility’s mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards. This role follows a four (4) ten-hour shift schedule (Wednesday–Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.) based in the Urgent Recovery Center.
