Job Description Revelstoke Snow School seeks to recruit and retain experienced, attentive and enthusiastic employees to represent the Snow School as our first point of contact with guests booking lessons. The Snow School Sales Desk Supervisor manages all aspects of the snow school sales desk operations, including, sales desk agents' supervision and scheduling, manage lesson reservations, on-line bookings, guests' follow-ups, instructor assignments, school group bookings, and support the Director with various administrative duties. They are also expected to market the products, services, programs, benefits and qualities of Revelstoke Mountain Resort and Selkirk Tangiers Heli Skiing to our guests. Key Responsibilities: • Training, supervision and scheduling of sales desk agents. • Manage online bookings • Promote and book Sports School product sales • Assist with assigning lessons to instructors • Instructor commissions administration • Supervise and complete daily cash outs and reconciliations • Assist accounting with transaction troubleshooting. • Manage School Group bookings and communication • Regular communication with guests; in person, on the phone and via emails. • Assist Director with various administrative duties, including reports, payroll, etc... • Assist other departments when requested • Other duties as required Qualifications & Skills Requirements: (Please note, only applications that meet the requirements will be considered) • Work eligibility in Canada – can provide work permit and SIN documentation • Two seasons’ experience in a ski industry, sales or guest relations position • Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills • Impeccable attention to detail and excellent organization skills • Cash handling experience • MS Office, email management and scheduling/database software experience • RTP experience is an asset • Ability to operate independently and integrate within a large team • Demonstrated organization and detail focused skills • Fluency in English, second languages are an asset Compensation and Benefits: • Free Season pass • Discounted lift tickets for friends and family • Discounts at the resort’s restaurants, retail, rental, repairs outlets including pro deals. • Free or discounted lift tickets at many other resorts • Discounts at Sutton and Sandman hotels (employee and friends/family) • Additional Northland Properties discounts via a Perks program with other vendors Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
