Our Line Cooks are responsible for the daily production of food for the Clubs casual dining and fine dining restaurants. What You'll Do : Set up, maintain, and break down work stations; Follow daily prep lists and instruction provided by the supervisor and be ready for service by the times specified; Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe work station and equipment; Attend daily pre-shift meetings; Work alongside and learn from experienced and knowledgeable chefs, including Executive Chef Michael Matarazzo, CEC.
