Position Summary As a Senior Strategic Intelligence Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s technology-driven future. You will architect and advance cutting-edge analytical data models and intelligence solutions that power enterprise-wide reporting, dashboards, and impactful decision-making. What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain scalable analytical data models within Snowflake to support enterprise reporting, dashboards, and strategic analysis. Serve as a key contributor within the Strategic Intelligence team, owning the end-to-end analytics lifecycle from data modeling through insight delivery. Collaborate with departments and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand business questions, define metrics and KPIs, and translate needs into meaningful analytical solutions. Build, enhance, and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using Power BI or similar business intelligence and presentation tools. Develop, validate, and provide ongoing support for operational and project related reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs. Communicate analytical findings through clear data storytelling, visual narratives, and executive ready presentations that drive understanding and action. Define, document, and maintain business logic, metrics, data definitions, and assumptions to ensure consistent interpretation and trusted reporting. Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to analytics practices, reporting standards, and visualization approaches across Metro’s business units and departments. Perform additional duties assigned by management. What You'll Bring Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and advanced analytical experience. Minimum 4 years of experience in data warehousing, ETL development, and business intelligence strongly preferred. Prior financial industry experience strongly preferred. Skills / Knowledge / Certifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated knowledge connecting to open database connectivity (ODBC) and object linking and embedded database (OLEDB) data sources and building complex SQL load scripts. Minimum days in office for onboarding: 90 days. 4x10 eligible: Yes. Compensation Disclosure $84,000 – $113,000 The salary range listed provides a general expectation for the role. Final compensation is based on experience, unique strengths, and the impact you are expected to make.
