Vice President, Scientific Services

This is a senior scientific leadership opportunity supporting a major medical affairs account within the oncology space. You will partner closely with client services and creative teams to deliver high-impact scientific communications, digital initiatives, and medical campaigns. The role combines scientific expertise with strategic client leadership across multiple products and pipeline compounds. You will lead and mentor a team of scientific writers while setting a high bar for quality, strategy, and execution. As a trusted advisor, you will help clients and key experts navigate complex scientific and commercial challenges. You will also contribute to business development by identifying opportunities to expand relationships, services, and client impact. As part of the scientific leadership team, you will help shape broader initiatives, share expertise, and strengthen the organization’s culture and capabilities.
