Service Clerk

Job Summary: The Service Clerk will perform a variety of service and administrative office support functions under the direction of the Branch Service Manager Job Responsibilities : Bill and inventory oil and diesel fuel usage Assist in opening and closing customer work orders. Open all factory campaigns and have parts ordered for the campaigns File all warranty claims direct with our vendors and process warranty credits. Update MSDS sheets Assist with technicians service reports and balance with Paycom time record system Answer branch calls during high volume situations. Open work orders and order parts for Care/lube services. Perform the monthly mileage report. Assist in scheduling technicians. Other duties as assigned
