Process Engineer/Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Semiconductor Engineer or Processing Technician with 5+ years of hands-on experience in advanced packaging and materials processing. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a variety of complex microfabrication processes, including packaging of IC devices, electron-beam (e-beam) evaporation, fixture design via 3D printing, wet chemical etching, electroplating and electroless plating techniques, soldering of microelectronic components, and basic electrical characterization of test structures.
