We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution across paid media, organic growth, web experience, and content strategy. This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for driving qualified demand, optimizing the full digital journey, and scaling modern search strategies—including SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). You will partner cross-functionally to turn insight into action, elevate our brand presence, and create measurable revenue growth in a fast-moving, regulated environment. What You’ll Do:

Paid Media & SEM Campaign Management

• Own strategy, execution, and optimization across paid search (SEM), paid social, display, and emerging digital media channels

• Manage budget allocation, bidding strategy, audience targeting, creative testing, and campaign pacing to maximize ROAS and CPL performance

• Implement rigorous A/B testing across ad creative, landing pages, and audience segments to drive continuous improvement

• Ensure all advertising campaigns align with mortgage regulatory standards and compliance requirements

Search Engine Optimization, AEO & GEO

• Develop and execute a modern search roadmap that expands beyond traditional SEO to include AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies

• Optimize for high-intent queries, featured snippets, voice search, AI-generated responses, and emerging search surfaces
