The Role: Executive Assistant, Chief Product & Technology Officer The role directly supports the Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) in all day-to-day activities and requires strong management skills, the ability to prioritize, and supreme levels of organization and attention to detail. The role provides standard admin support to the CPTO as well as a heavy focus on managing projects and processes within the Engineering teams. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of quickly learning context to apply in their day-to-day duties. Enthusiasm and initiative and ownership for this role are a must . The candidate should possess the desire to go above and beyond.

Duties & Responsibilities

Travel Coordination & Support:

• Travel frequently with the CPTO to various locations, providing onsite logistical support for meetings, events, and conferences.
• Manage all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning to ensure smooth travel experiences.
