Our Translation team plays a vital role in ensuring ideas, insights, and business-critical content are communicated with accuracy, clarity, and cultural nuance. We are looking for a talented Translator who is passionate about language and committed to delivering high-quality translations that enable seamless cross-cultural communication across a wide range of strategic, commercial, and operational materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide written translations between English and Arabic for a wide range of materials, including proposals, presentations, RFPs, RFQs, legal contracts, research, reports, and other business documents, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Perform verbal translation for urgent or ad hoc business requests as required.
• Liaise with requesters to clarify ambiguous content, discuss translation requirements, and provide updates on the progress of requests.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Strategy& project-related glossaries to promote terminology consistency.
• Research and verify technical terminology to ensure translations are accurate, consistent, and aligned with the context of the source material.
• Review and perform quality checks on vendor translations to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Adhere to established translation standards, quality guidelines, and service level expectations.
• Support other translation-related activities and projects as assigned by the Translation Manager.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Interpretation, or a related field with 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
• Postgraduate studies in Translation or Interpretation are a plus
• Good understanding of business and technical subject matter
