Content moderator - EdTech

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Content Moderator – EdTech based in the United States. This is a mission-driven opportunity to help protect students by reviewing potentially harmful online activity identified by AI-powered safety technology. You will combine careful content analysis, contextual judgment, and crisis-response skills to distinguish everyday student behavior from situations requiring urgent intervention. Working remotely, you will monitor a live alert queue and help ensure high-risk incidents are assessed and escalated within strict response times. Your work will provide school safety teams with the context they need to respond effectively to potential self-harm, suicide, violence, and other serious risks. The role sits at the intersection of technology, education, digital safety, and human judgment. It offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in student safety, crisis management, and online behavior analysis while making a tangible difference in students’ lives. The position follows a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Central Time schedule, with some flexibility possible.
