About the role

Temporary Duration: 6 months // Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Seeking a detail-oriented Temporary worker to support our Food Compliance team with a critical SB-54, CO HB22, OE SB582 data submission project. This role will focus on collecting, organizing, validating, large datasets to ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Excel, enjoys working with data, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities • Support the Compliance Team with SB-54, CO HB22, OE SB582 • data collection, validation, and submission activities. • Gather and consolidate data from multiple internal systems and stakeholders. • Perform data input and collection, and analysis. Organize and maintain large datasets using advanced Excel functions. • Create and update tracking tools, reports, and dashboards to monitor project progress. • Partner with cross-functional teams to obtain missing information and resolve data discrepancies. • Ensure data accuracy and completeness in preparation for regulatory submissions. • Document processes and maintain organized project records. • Provide general project support as needed to meet submission deadlines. Qualification: • Exceptional attention to detail. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, filtering, and data manipulation. • Experience working with large datasets and performing data validation. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting regulatory compliance, food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or supply chain operations. • Familiarity with environmental reporting, packaging data, or sustainability initiatives is a plus. • Experience with data analysis tools is desirable.
