YOUR MISSION
The Electrical Engineer I-III, Systems will support the design, analysis, testing, and integration electrical systems for complex space missions. Y ou'll contribute to all phases of the spacecraft development lifecycle , from initial concept and requirements definition through integration, test, and on-orbit operations. This role offers the opportunity to tackle challenging technical problems, develop innovative engineering solutions, and grow your expertise in spacecraft electrical systems while making a direct impact on missions critical to space security and sustainability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support spacecraft electrical systems engineering activities, including concept development, requirements analysis, trade studies, interface definition, and verification planning
- Contribute to the design, development, and verification of electrical systems with a focus on power distribution, signal integrity, and component selection
- Collaborate with cross-functional spacecraft engineering teams to support system-level integration and mission objectives
- Assist in the development and maintenance of requirements management processes and documentation
- Participate in integration and test activities including subsystem and system-level testing, developing and executing test procedures, performing functional verification, troubleshooting hardware anomalies, and supporting root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Conduct analysis tasks such as power budgets, thermal analysis, and basic radiation effects assessment
- Support the development of test procedures and contribute to design verification activities
- Document design decisions, analysis results, and test findings
QUALIFICATIONS
