Finance/Accounting Manager (Hybrid)

We are seeking a leader to join our global team and work full time at our Cleveland Headquarters reporting to the Corporate Controller. This position will be a hybrid position with a minimum of 3 days in-office and an option to work from home up to 2 days per week. This individual serves as a key member of the organization, leading the finance and accounting functions through proactive process improvement and financial systems support. This role will work closely with FP&A and IT to ensure data integrity throughout the organization, produce and automate operational reports and dashboards and support the annual planning process. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must for this position.
