Merchant KYB Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Merchant KYB Analyst based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in protecting a fast-growing fintech platform and its customers. You will lead detailed KYB investigations to assess merchants before they begin processing payments. The position combines business verification, financial crime investigation, sanctions screening, and reputational risk analysis. You’ll work closely with Compliance, Underwriting, Risk, Operations, and Legal teams to make informed onboarding decisions. Your research and judgment will help balance strong risk controls with a fast, seamless merchant experience. You’ll also contribute to improving KYB workflows and scalable compliance processes as the business grows.
