Vice President, Field Operations

Fitt Talent Partners is a specialized recruitment firm for top health and wellness companies. We're filling this role for an innovative wellness company redefining hospitality through a first-of-its-kind social wellness club experience. THE OPPORTUNITY Lead field operations across multiple club locations, driving operational excellence, consistency, profitability, and an exceptional guest experience. Reporting to the Founder/CEO, you'll oversee General Managers, coach leaders in the field, and ensure company initiatives are executed with excellence across every location. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role. You'll spend significant time in clubs partnering with teams, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating strategy into consistent execution and measurable business results. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead, coach, and develop General Managers across multiple locations. - Drive operational consistency, accountability, and execution across all clubs. - Improve revenue, profitability, membership growth, retention, and overall business performance. - Monitor KPIs and four-wall economics to identify opportunities and drive results. - Standardize operating procedures, training, and best practices across locations. - Partner cross-functionally to successfully execute company initiatives. - Champion an elevated guest experience while fostering a high-performing team culture. - Travel regularly between club locations to support leaders and operations. WHO YOU ARE - 7+ years of multi-unit operations leadership experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, retail, restaurants, hotels, private clubs, or another high-touch service environment. - Proven experience leading General Managers or senior operators across multiple locations. - Strong business acumen with experience managing P&Ls, labor, KPIs, and operational performance. - A hands-on leader who enjoys coaching teams, building accountability, and improving execution. - Experience creating consistency across multiple locations through strong operational processes and leadership. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment. - Based in New York City, with regular travel required.
