As an early member of our Quality Engineering team, you won't just execute test cases—you'll help build our QA processes, improve product reliability, and ensure every release delivers an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases for new features and enhancements. Perform Functional, Regression, Exploratory, White-box, and Black-box testing. Analyze product requirements and identify edge cases, missing scenarios, and potential risks. Validate complete end-to-end user journeys across the platform. Verify bug fixes and perform impact analysis before releases. Conduct manual testing in staging and post-deployment environments. Provide final QA sign-off and recommend production readiness. Build and maintain automation test suites using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress , or similar frameworks. Automate regression, smoke, and critical business workflows. Validate backend logic, APIs, databases, scheduled jobs, and production deployments. Analyze logs and collaborate with developers for root cause analysis. Test AI-powered features for accuracy, relevance, consistency, safety, and user experience. Evaluate prompts, multi-turn conversations, guardrails, and prompt injection scenarios. Create AI evaluation (eval) scenarios to detect regressions. Participate in sprint planning, feature discussions, and release planning. Drive continuous improvements in QA processes, automation, and product quality. Must-Have Skills 2–4 years of experience in Software Testing / SDET . Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC . Experience in both Manual and Automation Testing . Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress , or similar tools. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Ability to design comprehensive test scenarios. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Good-to-Have Skills API Testing using Postman , Swagger , or similar tools. SQL for database validation. Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript, Python, or Go (Golang) . Exposure to React or Node.js applications. Familiarity with Docker, Linux, Git, and CI/CD pipelines . Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI Testing, AI Evals, and Guardrail Testing . Experience with log analysis and production issue investigation. Prior experience working on E-commerce products .
