Role Summary: As Federal Proposal Manager, you will run the engine that turns qualified opportunities into winning, compliant government submissions. You will craft clear, persuasive RFI, RFP, and RFx responses, white papers, and related materials that communicate Filevine's value to federal customers, working across the organization to bring the best of the company into every submission. This role owns the discipline of the proposal — compliance, structure, reviews, and production — while partnering closely with capture, sales, product, and legal to shape win themes and translate complex technical capability into compelling narrative. Filevine is an AI-native company, and we run an AI-enabled proposal operation. This role requires genuine AI literacy: you will use LLMs and proposal-specific software to accelerate drafting, requirement analysis, compliance-matrix generation, and content reuse — raising both the speed and the quality of what we submit. We are building a small, elite team to attack the federal market, and the proposal function is one of the biggest levers on whether we win at scale.
