ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Competently utilize all Dacotah Dining kitchen stations. Work any station and shift as needed. Take direction from Chef de Cuisine and Lead Line Cook. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen area. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
