What You’ll Earn: $90,000–$110,000/year for full-time roles, based on experience Top pay for RNs with OASIS and home health expertise Performance bonuses based on productivity — you control your upside Top per-visit rates for PRN for experiences nurses Mileage reimbursement, PTO, health insurance, and more (for eligible roles) What You’ll Do: Perform Start of Care , Recertification , and Discharge OASIS assessments Manage a home health caseload with clinical autonomy Collaborate closely with our supportive, nurse-led leadership team Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
