HR and Benefits Manager

The Human Resources and Benefits Manager is responsible for the administration of all employee benefits programs and helps facilitate the human capital strategy for the brand. The HR and Benefits Manager manages employee relations, serves as the primary point of contact with system vendors and provides special guidance on various employee benefits plans. They will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the Human Resources Information System. The Human Resources and Benefits Manager will work with all departments within the brand providing legal guidance, training and general HR knowledge and support.
