MAINTENANCE WORKER- Painter

The primary focus of this role is to maintain the campus through painting and other maintenance activities, ensuring the grounds and facilities remain clean, attractive, and well maintained. The ideal candidate will perform work orders consistent with the individual’s ability. Examples of work orders: general building maintenance, changing light bulbs, minor electrical repairs, repairing drywall, painting, paneling, wallpapering, sheetrock work, hanging doors, adjusting locks and door hardware, fixing or replacing broken windows and screens, hanging pictures, minor plumbing repairs, unplugging drains, maintaining smoke detectors and emergency lights, replacing floor tiles, carpeting and linoleum, repairing roofing, grounds maintenance/irrigation if needed, new construction, etc.
