Communications Manager

The Communications Manager is responsible for bringing the NovaFin brand to life across all owned and earned channels. This role ensures that the company's brand, voice, and messaging are executed consistently and effectively throughout the customer journey, from initial awareness through customer advocacy. Working closely with senior leadership and future brand leadership, the Communications Manager will oversee content creation, social media, public relations, creative production, and brand governance. This is a highly execution-focused role responsible for turning brand strategy into high-quality, market-facing communications that strengthen customer trust, engagement, and brand recognition.
