Senior Marketing Executive

Job Overview: We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and proactive Senior Marketing Executive to lead our social media and email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, strong content creation skills, and a passion for leveraging AI tools to drive business growth. Candidates with a strong personal brand or active presence on LinkedIn will have an added advantage. Key Responsibilities 1.Social Media & Content Marketing - Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram. - Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, creatives, videos, and reels. - Capture photos and videos during company events, exhibitions, and office activities to create compelling short-form and behind-the-scenes content. - Manage organic and paid campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation. - Monitor social channels to engage with audiences and maintain brand consistency. 2.Email Marketing - Plan and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications. - Develop compelling email copy tailored to different audience segments and customer journeys. - Maintain database hygiene and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. - Track performance metrics and recommend improvements to maximize ROI. 3.Brand, Collaboration & Analytics - Collaborate with sales and design teams to align campaigns with business objectives. - Utilize tools such as Snov, MailerLite, Google Analytics, and Clarity for execution and reporting. - Stay updated with AI tools and emerging technologies to drive marketing innovation. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in social media and email marketing. - Excellent copywriting, communication, and analytical skills. - Experience with AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney); experience creating AI agents is a plus. - Experience in B2B or IT industries is preferred.
