Accounts Manager

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the accounting operations of our group company. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally & ERP systems, taxation, statutory compliances, MIS reporting, and end-to-end business accounting for manufacturing, import, and export operations. This role requires a dynamic, task-oriented professional who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders across departments and locations. Key Responsibilities Manage overall accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements – GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other regulatory filings. Handle taxation matters (direct and indirect taxes) including audits, returns, and assessments. Prepare and present periodical MIS reports to management for decision-making. Oversee manufacturing unit accounts, including costing, project accounting, and cost center tracking. Manage import & export accounting, including documentation and statutory compliances. Coordinate with HODs of Sales, Projects, and Cost Centers for smooth financial operations. Monitor and manage multi-location accounts across branches/offices. Work closely with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders. Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Skills & Experience Male candidate, aged 30 to 40 years. Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience in accounting & finance within the manufacturing sector. Proficiency in Tally ERP and other ERP/accounting software. Strong knowledge of taxation laws, statutory compliances, and financial regulations. Exposure to import & export business accounting. Ability to handle multi-location operations and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Task-oriented, dynamic, and capable of working under deadlines.
