Front Desk - Alabaster

General Summary As the first point of contact for patients arriving at UCA’s clinics, the Medical Front Desk Clerk will greet and assist patients with check-in at kiosks, collection of necessary documents, inputting information into EMR system, preparing file for office visit, and notifying physician or nurse that patient is ready to be taken back. Upon conclusion of service, schedules follow-up appointments and communicates instructions for additional services.
