ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Career Planning & Exploration: Facilitate person-centered career plans, exploration activities, and support employment goals. Skill Development & Job Support : Provide prevocational training, job search assistance, onboarding, and retention support, including accommodations and workplace independence. Individualized Supports: Deliver services tailored to individual needs and provide feedback on strategies. Documentation & Outcomes: Complete timely records, track progress, and ensure successful job seeker outcomes.
