Every decision you make keeps us efficient, safe, and customer-focused. ✅ Plan and execute production schedules to meet customer demand ✅ Monitor & manage key performance metrics: Safety, Quality, Velocity, Cost ✅ Develop and coach team Members for growth and advancement ✅ Identify and eliminate safety hazards to keep operations secure ✅ Drive continuous improvement through TER and Lean practices ✅ Maintain 5S (CANDO), visual factory, and preventative maintenance standards ✅ Encourage Member input and foster open communication ✅ Manage team performance including evaluations, coaching, and corrective action ✅ Collaborate with Manufacturing Systems, Engineering, and CI teams to optimize processes
