Accounts and Finance Head

JewelsHire , a distinguished leader in the realm of jewellery industry recruitment, extends its invitation for a position at a renowned jewellery manufacturer located in Sitapura, Jaipur. Job Responsibilities : • Leading day-to-day accounting including books of accounts, ledger scrutiny, and support in finalization • Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits; coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations • Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax compliances and timely filings • Handle Income Tax assessments, notices, and representations • Monitor inventory accounting including gold, diamond, and jewellery stock valuation and reconciliation • Ensure accurate reconciliation of bank accounts, customers, vendors, and inventory • Prepare and review monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements • Implement and monitor financial controls, SOPs, and compliance frameworks • Support budgeting, forecasting, working capital management, and cost control initiatives • Coordinate closely with sales, procurement, production, and logistics teams for financial accuracy • Manage export-import accounting, documentation, foreign remittance, FEMA compliance, and duty drawback / export incentive processes • Monitor forex transactions, hedging, and foreign exchange compliance • Review financial processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and risk mitigation • Handle high-volume transaction environments typical to jewellery manufacturing and trading businesses Requirements • CA / MBA Finance / M.Com with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience • Strong experience in jewellery manufacturing, trading, or export-import business preferred • Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance • Strong understanding of export-import documentation, FEMA regulations, and international transactions • Hands-on experience in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits • Sound knowledge of inventory accounting for gold, diamond, and jewellery • Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and advanced Excel • Strong analytical, leadership, and team management skills • Ability to handle audits, compliances, and complex financial operations independently Benefits Budget - Up to 18 LPA Location - Sitapura, Jaipur
