We’re seeking a Senior .NET Engineer to become a vital part of our dynamic team, working collaboratively across Brazil, Colombia, the UK, and the USA—all while communicating in English! What You’ll Do: Design & Build : Develop and maintain back-end services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server. API Development : Create and enhance SOAP and REST APIs, ensuring adherence to best practices and versioning standards. Service Reliability : Guarantee the reliability of our services through comprehensive unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. Collaborative Integration : Work on integrating various systems and services while utilizing effective software design patterns. Mentorship & Code Reviews : Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and insights. Stay Current : Keep up with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our solutions. CI/CD Contribution : Play an integral role in our CI/CD workflows, enhancing our development efficiency. What We’re Looking For: Experience : Strong experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core in production systems. Database Skills : Solid understanding of ADO.NET and SQL Server, with hands-on experience in database design and performance tuning. API Knowledge : Proficient in developing SOAP and RESTful services, including XML serialization/deserialization. Design Patterns : Strong grasp of software design patterns and best practices. Communication Skills : Effective communicator who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural teams. Language Proficiency : Advanced English proficiency is a must. Soft Skills That Matter: Proactive Mindset : Take ownership of tasks with a focus on continuous improvement. Collaboration : Strong communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences. Team Spirit : A collaborative team player who values shared success.
