Maintenance Technician

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Verify and maintain good housekeeping procedures to ensure a safe and clean work environment. Adhere to required and defined safety policies and procedures including food safety programs, OSHA regulations and PPE requirements. Other duties as assigned. Quality Obtain and maintain complete, proper, and up-to-date documentation for machine and facility service, maintenance, and preventative maintenance. Maintain and purchase adequate inventory of required spare parts, materials, and equipment for preventative and corrective maintenance. Delivery - Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain electrical equipment: Varying voltages, including but not limited to 480v, 240v and transformed 24v power. Motors (all types), starters, breakers, transformers, isolation switches, relays, fuses, resistors, air conditioning, valves, AC Drives, and DC Drives. Implement all maintenance projects and machinery installations. Engage in preventative maintenance processes throughout facility. Customer Service Work positively with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot and solve problems. Excellent teamwork, cooperation, and problem-solving skills.
