Construction Superintendent

The Superintendent is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities and workforce specific to their project/job site while maintaining a culture of safety on the job site and maintaining the project deliverables. Has effective communication skills, keen attention to detail and ability demonstrate and correct key performance skills necessary in the field. Supports the effective delivery of projects working closely between the project staff and project leadership. Works closely with the engineers and subcontractors on the job to figure out project needs and oversees the performance of the construction crew.
