Superintendent, Cut and Sew

Summary Job Description The Cut and Sew Superintendent will be responsible for the daily operations of a Cutting and a Sewing Department. Essential Duties Manage all aspects of Cut and Sew departments with the assistance of managers Maintain quality control standards, safety standards, and labor efficiencies Work closely with the upholstery floor to resolve any quality or production issues Identify and address fabric and leather issues working through our Purchasing Department Must follow all safety policies and procedures All other duties as assigned
