Principle Accountabilities for Busser: Support the dining and kitchen Team Members by cleaning, maintaining and restocking stations and completing tasks to transition from one shift to the next. Interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and build relationships with our Members and guests. Table settings, presentation and sequencing of food, while maintaining high standards. Provide additional assistance to customers as needed (e.g., walk Member back to apartment/villa, bring food to them when they are not feeling well, etc.). Sets-up condiment station and beverage station, prior to starting the shift and breaks down at the end of the evening. Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms by vacuuming, dusting, etc. Work collaboratively with all Team Members and take whatever action is necessary to provide the highest level of service to all Members of The Garlands.
