Essential Responsibilities Teach doctoral-level quantitative research and statistics courses in online, hybrid, or face-to-face formats. Facilitate student learning using evidence-based instructional practices. Provide timely, constructive, and meaningful feedback on assignments. Maintain regular communication with students through the University's learning management system. Hold virtual office hours and provide academic support as needed. Evaluate student performance in accordance with university grading policies. Submit grades by established deadlines. Maintain accurate academic records and course documentation. Collaborate with leadership to ensure course quality and continuous improvement. Support doctoral students in developing research proposals, selecting appropriate statistical analyses, and interpreting quantitative findings.
