There are currently three in-person, FMLA, roles available:

Role 1: Supporting elementary students across a variety of needs (including students in an ASD program) through push in and small group therapy. You’ll work alongside a general education social worker in the same building, as well as a multidisciplinary team. The FMLA role is from August 24th, 2026 (first day of school) until November 24th, 2026.

Role 2: Supporting elementary students across a variety of needs (including students in two ASD programs) through push in and small group therapy. You’ll work alongside a special education social worker in the same building, as well as a multidisciplinary team. The FMLA role is from September 1st, 2026 until November 24th, 2026.

Role 3: Supporting middle school students across a variety of needs (including students in two ASD programs) through push in and small group therapy. You’ll work alongside a school counselor in the same building, as well as a multidisciplinary team. The FMLA role is from September 18th, 2026 until December 18th, 2026.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect social work services to students in need of emotional, behavioral, and social support.
  • Push in to classrooms to provide play-based therapy while supporting and collaborating with teachers.
  • Conduct IEP evaluations and contribute to the development of meaningful student goals.
  • Facilitate small group and individual sessions.
  • Lead and support the implementation of BIPS and FBAs.
  • Participate in IEP and 504 Plan meetings to advocate for student needs.
  • Support students and families in accessing community resources.
