Video Production Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Video Production Lead based in the United States. This is a hands-on video production leadership role responsible for building and running a high-volume production engine across linear, OTT, UGC, and performance marketing channels. You will own projects from initial brief through final delivery, balancing creative quality, speed, budget, and operational rigor. The role works closely with creative directors, growth marketers, agencies, production companies, freelancers, and post-production partners. You will bring structure to complex productions by managing casting, locations, crews, contracts, usage rights, compliance, and delivery timelines. Success requires strong production instincts, exceptional organization, and the ability to anticipate risks before they affect a project. You will also identify opportunities to improve workflows and use AI-enabled tools to create measurable efficiencies as production volume grows.
