Own the end-to-end NPI process from kick-off to series production Prepare and release NPI build plan, timelines, and milestones Coordinate proto, pilot, and pre-production builds Ensure readiness of materials, tooling, programs, fixtures, and documentation Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering electronics 8 to 10 yrs of experience Hands-on exposure to Prototype, pilot, and ramp-up builds. Transition from development to mass production Understanding of Product drawings, schematics, BOMs.Manufacturing processes (SMT, PCBA, mechanical assembly, testing, packaging) Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow FAI / PPAP / APQP
