Assistant Manager - Incoming Quality

Develop, execute, and analyze quality assurance plans, processes and procedures. Coordinate and lead quality improvement projects utilizing Six Sigma or Lean methodologies. Ensure all quality control measures adhere to industry and company standards and regulatory requirements. Create and maintain standardized documentation related to quality control and testing. Analyze failures and discrepancies to correct deficiencies by identifying trends, applying statistical methods, and recommending changes in standards, strategies, or processes. Conduct regular audits and inspections, identify areas of non-compliance, and initiate corrective actions as necessary. Facilitate training for employees to communicate quality requirements and standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure customer-driven quality control processes are effectively utilising team resources, systems, and tools to achieve quality objectives. Maintain regular interaction with management and other departments to coordinate and oversee quality standards. Participate in internal and external audits, perform product/process audits, and review andevaluate compliance with standards.
