About the role

As Shift Leader, you will be operationally responsible for the safety, care, and around-the-clock supervision of students in the program, through the work performed by Senior Coach Counselors, Coach Counselors, and Night Coach Counselors. The supervisory duties may also include participation in decisions to evaluate performance, reward or discipline other employees, or responsibility to direct them. The Shift Lead exercises his/her authority daily by directing both students and staff to meet service expectations.
