Ensures that the game(s) are dealt and that collections are taken in accordance with policies and procedures. Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: Conducts games according to applicable polices and regulations Manages and maintains chips during the course of a game Collects and distributes cash and chips to customers Controls the pace of the game Notifies the Floor Supervisor of any irregularities notes in customer play or other transactions during the shift/push Promotes Clearly Superior Customer Service Other duties as deemed necessary Secondary Functions: None Specific Job Skills: Must be able to deal Blackjack and all other card games offered on the gaming floor Ability to deal Poker, Roulette and Craps preferable Demonstrates good math skills Ability to follow directions, instructions and implement tasks as given Excelled oral and auditory skills
