What You’ll Do: As a Production Associate , you’ll oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a team committed to excellence. You’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to enable employment by providing opportunities for personal and professional growth, while committing to sustainable practices. Key Responsibilities: Receives, prepares, sorts, prices, and rotates stock for retail floor and conducts quality control. Operates department equipment and machinery, prepares goods for sale, procession, or storage. Performs inventories, tallies, or other forms of tracking as required for the retail environment. Assists GoodWorks staff with implementation of work plans and guidelines as established for client programs, as assigned by store manager. Interacts effectively with customers by maintaining providing excellent customer service, resolving problems within the scope of the role to the customer’s satisfaction in a timely, effective, and respectful manner.
